Raw Materials to Prepare
Bulk upload: CSV or Excel (.xlsx/.xls). Required columns are Products ID, Products Name, and UOM. Optional Opening Balance creates one opening IN_STOCK record for newly added IDs only.
Stock In Form
For staff to record received stock. Date, time and staff name are saved automatically.
Historical Stock In is allowed: CSV or Excel (.xlsx / .xls). Required columns: Date, Product ID, Qty. Optional: Unit Price, PIC, Reference, Time. Supported dates include 2025-07-30, 30/07/2025, 7/30/25 and normal Excel date cells. Add new records only keeps existing records and reports matches as “Already in system”. Initial setup: replace all Stock In is Boss-only and rebuilds the Stock In ledger from the uploaded file after making a safety backup.
Stock Out Form
For staff to record production use, wastage, expired stock, damage or adjustment.
For new wastage/expired records, upload proof photo when required.
CSV / Excel format: Date, Product ID, Qty, Out Type. Optional: Unit Cost, PIC, Remark, Time. Historical dates are accepted.

Raw Material Prepare List — Linked With Inventory
If the linked raw material is wrong, change the Raw Material ID or factor directly in the row. Factor means recipe amount × factor = inventory UOM.
Order price rule: The Unit Selling Price is editable every time you create or reopen an order. It is saved only inside that order and will not overwrite the selling price in Recipes.
Supabase User Accounts
Create, reset or disable login accounts in Supabase → Authentication → Users.
Set Boss/Staff role, status and permissions in Table Editor → profiles.
The first registered user becomes the Boss automatically.

These settings are saved in this browser with your local inventory data.
Category & Payment Method Dropdown Choices
Boss only. These choices control the dropdown lists in Add / Edit Raw Material. Enter one choice per line, then click Save Settings.
Blank lines and duplicate choices are removed automatically.
Removing a choice does not erase it from old records. It only stops it being selected for new records.
Price & Raw Cost Effective Dates
Boss only. Schedule a selling-price or raw-material-cost change without rewriting earlier sales months.
Monthly accuracy rule: SALES_IN is stored by month, not by individual sale date. Choose the first day of a month (for example 2026-08-01). The impact preview recalculates recorded sales from that month onward.
